The fonds contain a series of documents from the periods of the mid-1920’s up until the 1960’s. These include The Veterans’ Land Act booklet and a certificate of qualification under the Veterans’ Land Act, RCAF Tradesman Log Book, request for birth certificate, 1948 Air Force Day booklet, map of Camp Borden, various letters of reference from the 1930’s, and RCAF identification.

A collection of letters written by Lieutenant Reginald Bruce Thompson of Calgary, Alberta. Written to his mother between the periods of 1916 to 1919, the letters give insight into Thompson's First World War experiences. Includes letters written home, greeting cards, and telegrams. A transcription of the letters are available upon request.

These include studio portraits, personal photographs, wedding photographs and certificates, discharge papers, and newspaper clippings. Access to the log book is available upon request.

Photographs include Claresholm No. 15 SFTS, crashed aircraft, day trips to local tourist destinations such as the Calgary Zoo and Banff, and day-to-day experiences during Murphy's service in the RCAF.
