Document: A letter from the British Columbia Police Department to the RCAF regarding Mr. William Rothel’s character and liability. A large red stamp on the top reads: “Special Reserve.” On the back a slip of paper is glued to the back is a list of Rothel’s qualifications, starting in 1924 and continuing to his career with the RCAF from 1942. Dated January 9, 1940. Original document.
