Ariel photograph of the Fraser River flood of 1948. Shows urban flooding just south of the Vedder Canal. Two story homes are completely submurged up to their roofs. while the roadway system is entirely washed over. Debris float in the water. Bottom right had corner written in white ink: "S.I. 3300. Looking South Vedder Canal Area. F.8 June 12 1948". Black and white original, 8x10"
